1. Organiser
The company INDUSTRIAS HOTELERAS DEL MEDITERRÁNEO SL, hereinafter the organiser, with fiscal address:
Benidorm, Avda.L'Aiguera nº11 03500 Benidorm (Alicante), Telf. 96 585 11 21 and with CIF B-03058542 is organising a promotion on Instagram under the modality of a DRAW and in accordance with the bases detailed below.

2. Period of the prize draw:

The draw will be promoted from the day 16-august of 2023, at 23:59 (CET) through the profile @marisajarab , with the winner being announced during the day 24 august in a publication on said instagram page which will name the winner. Users can participate until 23 august at 23.59h and as long as they meet the conditions specified in the publication of the draw. Once the draw is closed, no more users will be able to participate. Industrias Hoteleras del Mediterráneo is not responsible for late entries or fraudulent or incomplete participations.


3. Conditions of participation
Any natural person of legal age and with full capacity to exercise their rights may participate in the draw. Participation in the prize draw is free of charge.
No direct employees, family members or collaborators of the organiser may participate in this promotion. Minors are excluded from participating in the competition. In order to participate in the draw, the participant must be the owner of an instagram account.

4. Mechanics of participation
The draw will be carried out on the Instagram profile of @marisajarab , choosing 1 winner from among all those who meet the established requirements. To participate in the draw, users must follow the following steps:

- Share the publication in stories (if they have a private profile, they must send a screenshot).
-Comment on who they would go with
-Follow @marisajarab and @villadelmarhotel_benidorm

5. Prize and duration of the prize:

The prize consists of:
2 night in with TI in supreme sea view room. to be redeemed in 2023 - for maximum two adults + 2 children. There will be only one winner chosen.

The prize does not include travel for the winner and his/her companions, nor does it include any other expenses incurred in the enjoyment of the prize. The organiser reserves the right to modify the gifts for others of similar promotional cost, in case of force majeure.
The prize must be enjoyed during: Redeem in 2023, according to hotel availability. The prize is conditioned to the quota of free gifts for that specific period. In the event that the prize is not enjoyed on the dates established in these rules, the winner will lose the prize and it cannot be redeemed at a later or earlier date. Likewise, the prize is personal and non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for another product, service or its economic value.
To redeem the prize you must contact us by private message on the same page.
The winner of the prize will be subject to compliance with all tax obligations established by the applicable legislation in force, where applicable, and will be solely responsible for the payment of the same.

6. Other rules of use
Offensive, violent or pornographic comments; messages that invade or harm the privacy of third parties; insults, threats, foul language; degrading content or disqualifications towards any person, other members of the community or towards our products and services, brand or team are prohibited and will not be admitted. Such comments will be removed from the publication and the author will not be able to participate in the competition and will be automatically and immediately excluded from it. Likewise, any participant in the promotional sweepstakes who uses or is suspected of using, operating or employing any means, systems or devices for the automated and massive introduction of data or carrying viruses will be excluded. Furthermore, the organiser reserves the right to take legal action against the perpetrator.

7. Reservation and limitations
The organiser reserves the right to modify or cancel the prize draw during the course of the draw in the event of just cause or force majeure preventing it from being carried out in the manner set out in these terms and conditions. In such a case, it will communicate such modification. The organiser reserves the right to postpone or extend the period of the draw, as well as the right to interpret these legal bases.
The organiser cannot be held responsible for computer failures and/or temporary interruptions of the service, the presence of viruses or other elements that may affect the internet service.
The winner has 15 days from the date on which the winner is published to make the reservation.
8. Acceptance of the rules
The mere fact of participating in the prize draw implies that the participant fully accepts the conditions of these legal bases, as well as the criteria of the organiser with regard to the selection of the winner and the resolution of any question arising from the same.
Likewise, participation in a sweepstakes of this nature implies acceptance of the rules of the social network where the sweepstakes takes place. This competition is in no way promoted, promoted or administered by or in collaboration with Instagram.

9. Processing of personal data
In accordance with the provisions of current regulations on personal data protection, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 (GDPR) on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data and Organic Law (ES) 15/1999 of 13 December (LOPD) on the protection of personal data, participants in the promotion are informed that the data provided by all participants may be incorporated into the corresponding automated files of Industrias Hoteleras del Mediterráneo.

Applicable legislation
In all matters not provided for in these rules, this draw will be subject to the provisions of the Spanish legislation applicable at the time it is carried out. The competent courts to hear any dispute or controversy arising within this draw are the Courts of Benidorm.
