When booking from the official website you can choose the secure rate. With the Secure Rate you can cancel your booking free of charge up to 4 days before your arrival. The full amount of your booking will be refunded (except for the amount corresponding to the extra rate, which will be up to 10% depending on the period of stay). This guarantee does not cover expenses within 4 days of the arrival date. Cancellations 3 days before arrival, 35% of the reservation will be charged. 2 days before arrival, 80%. 1 day. no show or cancellation during the stay 100%.
